Task & Challenge
Lithuanian Airports unites and manages Lithuanian airport network: Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga airports. Our task was to promote the unique employer identity of the company among the potential employees. Our goal was to communicate the distinctive experience and advantages of working in an airport.
Solutions
The tagline “the only one” is used to express the uniqueness of the workplace, where you can experience romance of aviation and travelling on a daily basis. A tag is used across all digital and printed material to draw attention, connect and appeal to audience of different age groups.
“The only one” also refers to the company values: acknowledging and appreciating the individuality and uniqueness of each of their employee.
Furthermore, we wanted to tell an authentic story of the people working here. We asked real-life employees to participate in the photo-shoot. Each person is captured in his everyday working environment: the airport apron, security check area, the airport fire station or other specific location.
The person and the silhouette of the airplane are put together to show the close connection with to the aviation industry as well as a person being a central figure of the picture and of company’s values. We created an animated advertising by combining pictures with graphics to make the images more eye-catching and impactful.

What’s Golden?
The images of real-life employees were relatable and well accepted among the current employees. The unique experience of working in an airport as well as company’s value of each of their employees is expressed through this simple yet unique idea.
